This role provides the opportunity to drive growth and new business opportunities in the healthcare sector by executing strategic product marketing initiatives. You will focus on acquiring new customers through targeted campaigns, market research, and effective product positioning. Working closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Management, and Alliance Marketing, you will develop go-to-market plans, track campaign effectiveness, and contribute insights that shape product strategy. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and creative marketing approaches to influence prospective customers and maximize sales impact. Operating in a mission-driven environment, you will help ensure that marketing efforts directly support improved outcomes and customer satisfaction across hospitals and healthcare systems.
- Develop and implement product marketing campaigns focused on new customer acquisition, leveraging market insights and value propositions
- Conduct ongoing market and customer research to understand trends, needs, and competitive positioning
- Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and promotional activities in collaboration with Product Management and Development
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness, recommending optimization strategies for future initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Research) and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance with standards, and adherence to partner guidelines
- Contribute to customer engagement efforts to enhance satisfaction, retention, and overall perception of products
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing or product management, ideally across multiple products
- Proven ability to execute innovative product marketing plans, including segmentation by customer type
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience leveraging market research and internal data to generate actionable insights
- Familiarity with sales cycles, product life cycles, and product management processes
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) to support marketing initiatives
- Healthcare, medical device, or hospital marketing experience strongly preferred
