About the Position
High-volume multiple location retina practice seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to expand injection capacity and manage medical retina patients in a fast-paced specialty clinic.
This is a procedural subspecialty role with a dedicated provider schedule and same-day collaboration with board-certified retinal surgeons.
This is not a primary care position.

Responsibilities
• Manage stable age-related macular degeneration (ARMD) visits • Manage routine diabetic retinal follow-ups • Evaluate urgent retina complaints (flashes, floaters, decreased vision) • Interpret OCT imaging (training provided) • Perform intravitreal injections after structured training and competency validation • Provide post-injection and post-operative care • Collaborate closely with supervising retinal specialist

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements:Qualifications
• Active Florida PA license
• NCCPA certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years clinical experience preferred
• Strong procedural background preferred (surgical, orthopedics, dermatology, urgent care)
• Comfortable in high-volume clinic (20+ patients per day)
• Strong sterile technique discipline • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Ophthalmology experience preferred but not required.
License/Certification Required
• Florida PA License • NCCPA Certification
