Stonybrook - RN or LPN Needed for Young Adult Home Nursing Shifts at Christian Nursing Registry Inc. – Stony Brook, New York

Patient Details: Patient is a very sweet 30-year-old male who is blind and deaf, with a tracheostomy and G-tube (NPO
o oral intake). He is non-verbal and requires close supervision and assistance for ambulation. Nursing care includes trach and G-tube management, monitoring for respiratory needs, and providing support with daily activities.

Medical Needs
• G-tube Feedings
• Tracheostomy Care

Shifts Avail:
• DAYS: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday 7am – 3pm
• EVENINGS: All evenings 3pm - 11pm
• OVERNIGHTS: All nights 11pm - 7am

Payrates: $32 - $42/hour

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
o Tracheostomy Experience
