Responsibilities

• Prepare cookie dough and ingredients following company recipes

• Bake cookies and assist with frosting and finishing products

• For 18+, Operate mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely

• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards

• Restock ingredients and keep the kitchen organized

• Work with team members to ensure efficient store operations

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Reliable, team-oriented, and detail-focused

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

• Availability to work evenings and weekends preferred

• Previous bakery, kitchen, or food service experience is a plus (not required)
