MissionReporting directly to Selectra’s Co-founders, your mission as Country Manager for Ireland is to lead, grow and scale Selectra’s Irish operation. You'll drive the performance of Selectra Ireland while contributing to the development of a high-performing team and strengthening Selectra’s position as the reference for home contract comparison in Ireland.
Expected outcomes- Partnership management: close an additional partnership with an energy supplier within 4 months after starting your mission ;
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): drive and scale organic traffic and reach 200 sales per month within 1 year after starting your mission ;
- Operational and financial reporting: deliver weekly and monthly reports to give full visibility on the operational and financial performance ; make sure reporting tools are comprehensive and up-to-date.
- Growth hacking: reach 100K€ revenue per month within 1 year after starting your mission, leveraging on the potential of each acquisition channel.
- Management: Ensure all Irish team members are ideally positioned for success and remain highly motivated.
- Academic excellence: you graduated from one of the best business or engineering schools or an equivalent high-level program.
- Professional experience: at least 6 months of experience in a consulting firm or any other experience recognized for structure and rigor. We value your potential and skills over your years of seniority.
- Languages:
- English (native, C2 level) ;
- French and Spanish are a plus;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Automation skills: ability to help automate our sales and lead generation processes in order to minimize errors. You will receive training from our teams on this key topic.
- Excellence in project management: ability to manage projects end-to-end with a high standard for every deliverable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resilient and persistent in driving projects forward.
- Resourcefulness and hands-on approach: you find solutions to new challenges and contribute directly to the success of your business unit.
