About This Position
We are looking for a candidate who works well independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in supervising others is a plus. Making eye contact and being welcoming are essential. This is a full-time position that pays $20.00.
Responsibilities:
Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring a team that will follow the company's mission and brand standards.
Supervise staff, coordinate team meetings/trainings, and manage staff schedules to ensure desk coverage.
Conduct thorough daily facility inspections and promptly communicate operational malfunctions to building management.
Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns. Coordinate all facility reservations.
Assist in preparing the community events required by the building.
Stay abreast of industry standards, technology, and trends.
Perform other duties as assigned that relate to the success of the property.
Follows all HR and Risk Management Company Policies
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Covers shifts for team members to ensure proper staffing requirements are maintained.
Use the Company Approved Team Scheduler to ensure payroll budget compliance.
