This role is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on expanding market presence and driving growth within the federal public sector and partner ecosystem. You will design and execute go-to-market strategies, lead integrated marketing campaigns, and cultivate relationships with key government and commercial partners. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and alliances teams, you will ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable pipeline impact. The position requires a hands-on, data-driven approach to campaign management, partner engagement, and content development, while representing the voice of federal customers and partner organizations. You will manage budgets, vendors, and performance metrics, shaping programs that maximize ROI and strengthen market influence. This role demands a combination of strategic vision, execution excellence, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to grow pipeline within the federal public sector and commercial partner network
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns, including account-based marketing (ABM), digital initiatives, and field events such as tradeshows, conferences, and executive roundtables
  • Manage partner marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and joint campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and mutual pipeline growth
  • Represent the voice of the federal customer, ensuring messaging resonates with mission-driven government and security audiences
  • Collaborate across teams including sales, product marketing, communications, and field marketing to align campaign activities and ensure seamless execution
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure marketing impact, optimize investments, and identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee budgets, vendors, and timelines to deliver efficient, high-impact marketing programs

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with strong expertise in federal/public sector marketing, partner/channel marketing, or field marketing
  • Deep understanding of federal procurement cycles, government contracting, and partner/channel ecosystems
  • Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact
  • Experience in IT, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SaaS, or public safety technology industries is highly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus)
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for campaign development, content personalization, and marketing operations
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical, organizational, and project management capabilities
