This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter passionate about scaling Go-to-Market teams in a fast-growing, high-impact environment. You will own the end-to-end hiring process for mid- to senior-level roles across North America and Europe, helping build teams that drive strategic growth. Acting as a trusted talent advisor, you will partner closely with business leaders to identify, attract, and hire exceptional candidates who align with company values. You will also shape recruiting strategies, bring operational excellence, and act as a brand ambassador in a globally distributed, remote-first setting. Your work will have direct influence on the company’s success and culture, while providing opportunities to lead initiatives across multiple departments.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, as well as roles across Engineering, Product, and G&A functions
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and business leaders, advising on workforce planning and hiring strategies
- Source, engage, and nurture diverse talent pools through creative channels to meet strategic hiring objectives
- Leverage data to identify trends, solve hiring challenges, and adapt strategies as needed
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, clear expectations, and feedback
- Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s mission and culture across relevant social media channels
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and playbooks, helping elevate the overall talent acquisition function
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in scaling start-up environments
- Proven success recruiting GTM roles, with additional experience hiring across Engineering, Product, and G&A
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Ownership and urgency in managing hiring processes and outcomes
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills across multiple functions
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Familiarity with recruiting operations, process building, and playbook development
- Experience with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms preferred
