You will manage and scale a team of specialized sales professionals focused on fintech adoption and digital payment solutions, helping small business clients streamline cash flow and drive revenue growth. The position combines strategic oversight, process design, and hands-on coaching to ensure team performance and client satisfaction. You will build operational frameworks from the ground up, implement best practices, and use AI and automation tools to optimize outcomes. - Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of Success Advisors, driving fintech adoption and revenue growth
- Design and implement team workflows, operating models, sales plays, and performance management systems from scratch
- Oversee day-to-day operations including pipeline management, client outreach, and multi-touchpoint consultative sales cycles
- Monitor and improve adoption metrics, conversion rates, and overall team productivity through data-driven insights
- Ensure accurate tracking of all activities and outcomes in Salesforce, maintaining data integrity across the team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with onboarding, product, and operations teams to optimize client handoffs and campaigns
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching to support team development and skill-building
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or sales roles
- 2+ years of people leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding adoption and revenue metrics
- Deep understanding of fintech products and digital payment ecosystems, including Salesforce and Stripe
- Experience managing high-volume, multi-touch consultative sales cycles
- Ability to build structure in ambiguity, design processes, and scale teams from the ground up
- Strong coaching, leadership, and operational skills with proficiency in AI and automation tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor team members
- Competitive base salary ($65,900-$74,000) plus on-target earnings ($79,500-$88,800)
