This role provides strategic leadership for a global compliance platform, ensuring it effectively supports business operations while maintaining regulatory adherence. The Associate Director oversees platform governance, optimization, and process improvement, partnering closely with technology and business stakeholders to implement system enhancements and drive efficiency. Serving as the business product owner, you will define platform priorities, translate compliance requirements into actionable system capabilities, and guide a global team in operations, analytics, and user support. The role requires cross-functional collaboration to align compliance, technology, and business needs, and to advance digital capabilities that enhance program effectiveness. • Provide strategic oversight of the global compliance platform, ensuring alignment with compliance program requirements and evolving business needs
• Define and execute the platform roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that improve usability, scalability, and compliance oversight
• Establish governance structures, standards, and operating procedures to ensure consistent global platform use
• Serve as the business product owner, managing enhancement intake, capability roadmap development, and collaboration with technology teams
• Lead initiatives to optimize compliance workflows, streamline processes, and reduce manual effort
• Partner with technology teams to implement digital solutions, advanced analytics, and automation for compliance insights
• Lead and develop the global platform team, including operations, analytics, and user support functions
• Manage change strategies, stakeholder communications, and training to ensure successful adoption of platform enhancements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years, Master’s with 5+ years, Doctorate with 3+ years of relevant compliance, technology, or business process experience
• Experience as a business product owner or capability lead for enterprise platforms, translating compliance or operational requirements into system functionality
• Knowledge of compliance program operations, regulatory requirements, and governance platforms
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with compliance, technology, and business stakeholders
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration capabilities
• Experience in regulated industries or healthcare compliance preferred
• Proven ability to drive process improvement, digital optimization, and adoption of innovative technologies
