- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of technical recruiters, setting clear expectations and fostering accountability and high performance
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to align on engineering hiring priorities, headcount planning, and long-term talent strategy
- Operationalize recruiting processes at scale, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and a strong candidate-first approach
- Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities in hiring workflows, proposing and implementing creative solutions
- Drive high-quality hiring outcomes, balancing speed, inclusivity, and organizational standards
- Serve as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent strategy, and hiring best practices across the organization
- Continuously improve recruiting tools, data insights, and reporting to enhance decision-making and team performance
Requirements:
- 3+ years of leadership experience in technical or engineering recruiting
- 6+ years of overall recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth technology environments
- Demonstrated success in partnering with senior leaders during periods of growth and implementing process improvements
- Experience operationalizing technical recruiting at scale with knowledge of best practices
- Ability to critically assess recruiting processes, lead change management, and implement enhancements
- Proven track record of coaching and developing high-performing teams with a collaborative and ownership-driven leadership style
- Candidate-first mindset with the ability to balance hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
