ROLE DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Lead the development and execution of strategic, brand-driven marketing and proposal initiatives that support business growth, client engagement, and revenue generation. Serve as the bridge between marketing, sales, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and high-impact deliverables.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Marketing & Positioning

Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goalsDefine and communicate brand positioning, value proposition, and key differentiatorsAlign marketing initiatives with client engagement and growth strategies

Proposal & Business Development Support

Oversee end-to-end proposal and RFP strategy, ensuring high-quality submissionsDevelop compelling, client-focused messaging and win themesPartner with sales and leadership on bid strategy and positioningLead the end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFI process including intake, coordination, writing, and submissionPartner with sales, construction, and leadership teams to develop compelling, compliant proposalsManage proposal timelines, deadlines, and submission requirements Develop and maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and bid librariesEnsure all proposals submissions align with brand, messaging, and client requirementsSupport go/no-go decision-making for pursuits Proven experience managing RFP/RFQ processes in construction, AEC, or similar industries

Creative & Brand Leadership

Lead visual design and branding across all marketing and proposal materialsEnsure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand standardsIncorporate creative elements (graphics, infographics, storytelling) to elevate content

Content Development & Management

Develop and manage marketing content including case studies, project profiles, and presentationsMaintain a centralized content library for proposals and marketing useContinuously refine messaging based on market trends and insights

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with sales, operations, HR, and leadership to align messaging and strategyFacilitate collaboration between technical teams and marketingSupport client engagement initiatives and showroom experience alignment

Client Engagement & Experience

Support development of client journey and engagement strategiesEnsure marketing materials enhance the client experienceAlign showroom, events, and communications with brand standards

Data & Performance Tracking

Track marketing and proposal performance metricsAnalyze win/loss data and campaign effectivenessUse insights to improve strategy and outcomes

Process Improvement & Innovation

Improve marketing and proposal workflows, tools, and templatesIntroduce innovative approaches to enhance brand and proposal qualityLeverage technology and automation to increase efficiency

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Proposal win rate (%) and total revenue influencedOn-time, compliant proposal submission rate (100% target)Pipeline contribution from marketing-supported opportunitiesClient engagement metrics (event attendance, showroom visits, feedback scores)Content effectiveness (usage of case studies, engagement with materials)Brand consistency and quality scores across deliverablesTurnaround time for proposals and marketing deliverablesWin/loss analysis completion and insights implementation

    KEY SELECTION & SUCCESS FACTORS

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

    5+ years in marketing, strategy, or related field Experience supporting revenue growth and sales enablementStrong technical writing and proposal development experience required


    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Journalism, or related field required; Master’s preferred


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Ability to work under tight deadlines and competing prioritiesStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience with campaign management and performance tracking Leadership and cross-functional collaboration experienceExperience collaborating with sales, operations, and leadership teams on pursuitsHigh attention to detail and compliance requirements


    TRAVEL/WORK REQUIREMENTS:

      A valid driver’s license and motor vehicle record that meets Company safety, operational, and insurance standards are required, as business travel between company locations, client sites, project sites, and other off-site destinations may be required.
