We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production and facility operations. This role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate can read schematics, use basic tools and a multimeter, and perform general facility upkeep. Industrial electrical experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, including replacing components (motors, sensors, belts, pumps, valves, bearings)
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and resolve equipment issue
- Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance and repair record
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production with timely technical assistance
- Perform general facility maintenance (basic electrical, lighting, plumbing, and building upkeep)
- Install, adjust, and maintain new and existing equipment
- Follow all safety programs, including Lockout/Tagout, and wear required PPE in environments with mechanical, chemical, and noise exposur
What we need from you:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs and performing frequent standing, walking, and bending
- Proficiency with hand/power tools; forklift or mobile equipment experience a plus
- Ability to read and follow safety procedures, manuals, and work instructions
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with a safety-first mindset

B Shift
Week 1 Sunday to Tuesday 4p to 4a
Week 2 Sunday to Wednesday 4p to 4a
D Shift
Week 1 Wednesday to Saturday 4p to 4a
Week 2 Thursday to Saturday 4p to 4a
