Position Title: Pool Attendant
Department: Operations / Facility Services
Reports To: Community Manager / Facility Director
Employment Type: Part-Time, Non-Exempt

You'll be the friendly face our residents see, the helpful voice on the phone, and an essential support to our management team in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Your Key Responsibilities
As a Pool Attendant, your duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Greeting Residents: You'll welcome residents with a warm and friendly greeting, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
- Restroom Tidiness: Ensure facility restrooms are consistently tidy and well-stocked.
- Outdoor Presence: Be comfortable spending time outdoors to ensure residents are adequately served and comfortable in various areas of the facility.
- Pool Rule Enforcement: Ensure residents are following all pool rules.
- Physical Requirements: Be able to safely lift up to 25 lbs and spend extended period of time outdoors
- Other Duties: Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management team to support overall operations.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Remain professional in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
