This leadership role sits at the intersection of product strategy, engineering execution, and life sciences data management, driving the evolution of next-generation clinical data platforms. You will define and deliver innovative EDC and data management solutions that support global clinical trials and improve the way clinical research is conducted. Working across engineering, product, and operations teams, you will shape product vision, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for clinical data management and EDC solutions, ensuring alignment between business strategy, user needs, and technical execution. You will define product direction, manage portfolios, and drive innovation across multiple data-driven products.

• Own product vision, roadmap development, and execution for clinical data management platforms across the full lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and build vs. buy assessments to guide strategic product decisions in the life sciences domain.
• Define, prioritize, and refine product requirements in collaboration with engineering, data, and operations teams.
• Oversee product performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure adoption, scalability, and market relevance.
• Manage product operations including budgeting, forecasting, licensing efficiency, and vendor/third-party coordination.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as GxP, CSV, CDISC, and ICH standards.
• Collaborate with support and operations teams to manage incident, change, and problem management processes effectively.

This role requires deep expertise in clinical data management products, strong technical understanding, and proven leadership in product engineering within regulated life sciences environments. You should bring a strong mix of strategic thinking, technical fluency, and stakeholder management skills.

• 12+ years of experience in product management and product development, particularly within life sciences and clinical data management domains.
• Strong experience with EDC platforms such as Medidata, Veeva, CTMS, or similar systems.
• Deep understanding of clinical data standards including CDISC and regulatory frameworks like ICH and GxP.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of data systems, BI platforms, and software development processes.
• Experience managing full product lifecycles in Agile/SAFe environments and working with globally distributed matrix teams.
• Proficiency in product management tools, DevOps practices, and agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities with a product ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
