This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for scaling and shaping a fast-growing EMEA Mid-Market and Enterprise sales organization within a global cybersecurity environment. You will lead a team of Account Executives operating across direct, expansion, and channel sales motions, driving revenue growth while building a high-performance, coaching-driven culture. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with direct involvement in deal strategy, pipeline development, and customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to refine messaging, improve conversion, and strengthen go-to-market effectiveness. Acting as a key voice in the sales organization, you will translate market insights into actionable improvements for processes, playbooks, and customer experience. This is a remote-first leadership position, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and enjoys building teams from the ground up. Your impact will be central to shaping regional success and driving predictable, scalable revenue growth.
Accountabilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
- Own and consistently exceed revenue targets while ensuring predictable pipeline and forecast accuracy.
- Drive deal strategy and execution by partnering directly with AEs on complex opportunities and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers to support long-term value creation and expansion.
- Translate customer and market insights into actionable improvements for sales playbooks, messaging, and positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing to enhance demand generation, top-of-funnel activity, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic direction and commercial decisions.
- 5–7+ years of experience managing Mid-Market and Enterprise sales teams in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building scalable, predictable revenue engines.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, inspire, and develop high-performing sales talent.
- Experience in inside sales and complex deal cycles across direct and channel sales motions.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills across senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity or interest in cybersecurity, identity security, or password management solutions is a plus.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
