This role is a senior technical position focused on the administration, optimization, and security of enterprise financial and operational systems in a complex, data-driven environment. It plays a critical part in ensuring that core business applications such as ERP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting platforms operate reliably, securely, and efficiently. Acting as a trusted technical partner to Finance, Operations, and IT leadership, the role supports both strategic initiatives and day-to-day system stability. The environment is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring strong communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. Beyond system administration, the position contributes to process improvement, automation, and system maturity across the organization. It is well-suited for a professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while improving financial system performance and governance.
- Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise financial and non-clinical systems, including ERP and reporting platforms.
- Manage system environments (development, testing, production), including upgrades, patches, releases, and lifecycle governance.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and integrations, ensuring rapid resolution of complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to design reporting and analytics solutions aligned with business needs.
- Ensure system security, role-based access controls, and compliance with SOX, audit requirements, and internal policies.
- Lead integrations between financial systems and upstream/downstream applications, including testing, validation, and change management.
- Maintain data integrity, support reconciliation processes, and troubleshoot system and data issues.
- Act as technical subject matter expert, providing escalation support and mentoring junior administrators.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation, efficiency, and system maturity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience administering enterprise financial systems or ERP platforms.
- Strong experience with systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, planning, and consolidation tools.
- Knowledge of system security, access controls, financial application architecture, and compliance frameworks (SOX, internal controls, audit standards).
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Crystal Reports), APIs, integrations, or middleware solutions.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Preferred certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Power BI.
