In this senior leadership role, you will define and execute the product vision for a mission-critical platform that directly advances clinical research and improves patient outcomes at global scale. You will lead end-to-end product strategy across a complex, multi-stakeholder ecosystem, shaping how products are discovered, built, launched, and scaled in a highly regulated environment. The role requires a strong balance of strategic leadership, operational rigor, and hands-on product craftsmanship, working closely with design, engineering, and cross-functional business teams. You will drive alignment across technical and commercial stakeholders while ensuring product decisions translate into measurable customer and business impact. As a key executive-facing leader, you will influence company strategy, mentor product talent, and elevate product excellence across the organization. This is a high-ownership role where your work directly contributes to accelerating clinical trials and improving healthcare innovation.
- Own and lead end-to-end product strategy, portfolio direction, and roadmap execution across major product areas, ensuring alignment with long-term business and clinical objectives.
- Drive full product lifecycle management from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
- Translate complex clinical trial challenges, customer needs, and market insights into scalable, high-impact product solutions.
- Partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive execution and successful product adoption.
- Define and manage product OKRs, ensuring teams are focused on measurable outcomes, customer value, and business impact.
- Lead internal readiness efforts by enabling go-to-market teams with tools, messaging, and product knowledge to support successful launches.
- Oversee post-launch performance, leveraging data and customer feedback to identify improvements and drive iterative enhancement.
- Act as a central point of alignment between technical teams and executive leadership to ensure roadmap prioritization supports strategic goals.
- Guide and develop a team of Product Managers, building strong leadership capability and a high-performance product culture.
- Ensure product decisions reflect a balance of innovation, scalability, operational stability, and regulatory compliance.
- 10–15+ years of product management experience, including leadership of large-scale product portfolios or major product lines.
- Proven success driving product strategy and execution in complex, cross-functional, and regulated environments.
- Strong systems thinking and ability to connect product decisions to business, operational, and financial outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing product management teams.
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic executive level and detailed execution level.
- Strong judgment in ambiguity, with the ability to prioritize, take informed risks, and make decisive product decisions.
- Deep customer and market understanding, with a strong ability to translate insights into product direction.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including executive-level influence and clarity in complex topics.
- Strong operational focus with a track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Competitive annual salary range: $200,000 – $240,000 USD
