We’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Receivable Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping financials accurate and on track.

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by:

Managing accounts receivable, including receiving and applying payments
Ensuring timely collections and following up on outstanding balances
Assisting with billing and invoicing processes
Supporting bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting with sales tax filings and ensuring compliance requirements are met
Helping with general ledger activities, including posting journal entries
Maintaining accurate financial records with a high level of data entry precision
Assisting with month-end close procedures
Supporting special reports and ad hoc projects as needed
Performing additional accounting and administrative tasks

We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and detail-oriented:

Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Experience with accounts receivable, collections, billing, and reconciliations
Familiarity with sales tax processes and compliance (a plus, not required)
Experience working within a general ledger and posting journal entries
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software preferred
4+ years of experience in office administration or accounting preferred
