Rover Merchandiser at Always Marketing Malaysia Sdn Bhd – Kuala Lumpur

The Rover Merchandiser supports multiple projects and retail locations based on business needs. This role ensures consistent product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.

• Cover assigned outlets on a roving / ad-hoc basis to support vacancies, new launches, or short-term projects
• Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and shelf visibility
• Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and report out-of-stock or low-stock situations
• Execute promotions, POSM setup, and in-store activities as required
• Liaise with store personnel to maintain good working relationships
• Capture and submit store reports, photos, and feedback in a timely manner

• Minimum SPM / Diploma (relevant experience preferred)
• Prior experience in merchandising, retail operations, or FMCG is an advantage
• Willing to travel and support multiple locations/projects
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic reporting skills and comfortable using mobile apps or simple systems

• Flexible deployment based on operational needs
• May be assigned to specific client projects as required
