Barback at Malibu Farm Lido – Newport Beach, California

We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Barback to support our bartending team and help keep the bar running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys hospitality, stays organized under pressure, and takes initiative.

• Assist bartenders with daily operations and service needs
• Restock bar supplies (liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, ice, etc.)
• Maintain clean and organized bar stations at all times
• Wash and polish glassware
• Support bar guests with water service and basic needs
• Remove empty glassware and keep bar area tidy
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Anticipate bartenders’ needs and stay one step ahead during service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (kegs, ice buckets, cases of alcohol)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Previous restaurant or bar experience preferred
