Job Summary

Our Account Manager – Ecomm position develops a sales presence for Koozie Group with specific assigned eComm distributors. Utilizing sales experience and knowledge of the promotional products industry the account manager – eComm actively develops, fosters and grows customer relationships. The account manager works with specific assigned eComm distributors to convey how Koozie Group’s advertising and promotional products fit into their respective distributor’s marketing plans.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and foster relationships within a base of eComm accounts utilizing strong sales and presentation skills by meeting with Ownership, Marketing/Merchandising teams as well as Sales teams to meet and exceed assigned sales goals

· Actively participate in recommending and analyzing website merchandising opportunities.

· Complete customer provided data files and forms necessary to add products to their site

· Customer Portal/Closeout Site & Social Media Management

· Review and analyze key sales data for designated accounts and Sales Channel

· Assist accounts with SEO to ensure proper product exposure

· Develop and maintain detailed account profiles for accounts in territory

· Maintain contact with the distributors to resolve problems, respond to ongoing inquiries, investigate and resolve situations related to sales

· Deliver the company’s value proposition to distributors on our product lines so distributors have tools to provide the same value propositions to their customers

· Participate as a collaborative member of a sales team

· Develop strong knowledge of our key product offerings

· Provide advice to clients regarding particular promotional products. Recommend merchandise based on clients and company's goal

· Problem solve quickly and efficiently

· Report on key trends and opportunities on a regular basis

· Manage expenses and forecast for territory

· Support Ecomm team members with website searches and reviews

· Keep contacts up to date within Salesforce CRM and/or distributor portals

Qualifications:

· BA/BS degree, in Business or other related field of study highly preferred

· 1-3 years of prior experience in Sales

· Excellent computer skills – MS Office, Outlook, CRM, ERP OBI systems

· Above average proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

· Ability to travel up to 25% of the month

· Experience in website merchandising preferred, but not required

· Basic SEO knowledge

· Salesforce knowledge and use

· Ability to work and prioritize independently, self-motivated and driven

· Must be detail oriented, have strong creative, analytic, critical thinking, decision making and presentation skills

· Exposure to a B2B and distributor sales environment preferred, but not required

· Experience in the advertising and promotional products industry preferred, but not required
