What to Expect in This Role (Responsibilities)
Design and develop high-performance, low-latency Java microservices Contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle Ensure clean code practices: TDD, performance, and security Collaborate with distributed technical teams and participate in architecture reviews Support automation of testing, deployment, and monitoring processes
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a backend developer Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and relational databases (SQL,JPA/Hibernate) Familiarity with version control tools (Git) Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teamsNice to Have Experience with Docker and cloud deployments (preferably AWS) Knowledge of NoSQL databases Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.) Experience in financial industry projects Understanding of event-driven architectures or messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
