This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with work primarily in the greater Sarasota area. We offer pay weekly, medical, dental, vision, and other supplemental benefit offerings.

What you will do:

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems on commercial properties.
• Assess plumbing needs and develop project plans.
• Interpret blueprints and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Uphold safety protocols and company policies.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Plumber within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose plumbing issues accurately.
• Work ethic and dependability, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• This position requires the ability to read and understand plumbing codes, safety procedures, and work orders, and to communicate clearly with supervisors, team members, and customers.
• Ability to perform physical duties of role for working in various environments.
