🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday (40 hours/week)
🌙 Two evenings per week until 6:00–7:00 PM
💰 $18/hour | Paid weekly (Fridays!)

We’re looking for an energetic, people‑focused Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator to help us connect great candidates with great opportunities.

• Recruiting in the community and online (English & Spanish)
• Calling, texting, and emailing applicants
• Interviewing candidates and making job offers
• Helping new hires get started through onboarding and orientation
• Reconnecting with past applicants and former employees
• Tracking recruiting activity and progress

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable on the phone
• Organized and reliable
• Enjoys working with people
• Recruiting or hiring experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
