QA Engineer at National Medical Billing Services – Hyderabad

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA (Manual & Automation) professional with 3-5 years of RCM industry experience. As a QA (Manual & Automation), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through manual testing and the development and execution of automated test scripts.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts.

· Work in an Agile environment and adhere to all QA best practices.

· Perform manual and automated testing (functional, integration, regression).

· Identify, report, and track bugs using issue tracking systems.

· Collaborate with development teams to address defects and improve product quality.

· Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and quality standards.

Maintain test documentation and provide regular status reports

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.

· Experience in Selenium WebDriver for automated testing of web applications.

· Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks.

· Proficient in programming with a strong focus on Java.

· Hands-on experience with Postman and Rest Assured for API testing.

· Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries for database validation and data integrity checks.

· Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools.

· Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines for test automation.

· Understanding Cloud technologies like AWS/Azure and micro-services, containers integration testing will be added advantage.

Preferred

· Knowledge on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

· STQB or equivalent QA certification.

· Experience in RCM industry.

· Knowledge on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
