You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and renewal. - Drive advertising revenue growth through direct client and agency partnerships while consistently achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities across multiple advertising products.
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities by targeting brands aligned with the platform’s audience and commercial objectives.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including outreach, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal account management and creative teams to respond to RFPs with compelling media plans and branded solutions.
- Share market intelligence, advertiser feedback, and emerging industry trends to improve sales strategy and product development.
- Represent the brand professionally in all client interactions, industry events, and partnership discussions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, media partnerships, or related commercial roles.
- Strong background selling across digital channels such as video, social media, branded content, audio, or display advertising.
- Existing network of agency and direct advertiser relationships with the ability to generate opportunities quickly.
- Proven record of exceeding ambitious revenue goals and managing complex sales cycles successfully.
- Experience improving processes, sales tools, communication workflows, and commercial effectiveness.
- Highly self-motivated professional who works independently while contributing positively to team performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across email, phone, and in-person settings.
- Strong commercial mindset with passion for the advertising ecosystem and evolving media landscape.
