This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, commercial strategy, and partner management, leading the end-to-end success of aggregator and price comparison channels across a multi-brand portfolio. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through data-driven optimization, strong commercial negotiations, and coordinated execution across internal teams and external partners. Operating in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment, you will ensure channel performance is continuously optimized while maintaining alignment across brands and commercial priorities. The position requires a strong balance of analytical thinking, commercial leadership, and hands-on operational execution. You will act as the key connector between marketing, sales, analytics, and external aggregator platforms. This is a high-impact role where your decisions directly influence revenue performance and channel scalability across the organization.
- Lead full performance management of aggregator channels, tracking key metrics such as volume, conversion rates, CPA, and profitability while driving continuous optimization strategies.
- Monitor daily and weekly performance trends, identifying fluctuations and implementing rapid response actions to stabilize and improve channel outcomes.
- Own and manage strategic relationships with aggregator partners, including negotiations, contract discussions, and ongoing performance alignment across multiple brands.
- Drive commercial negotiations on pricing, rankings, visibility, and promotional placements to maximize growth and efficiency across channels.
- Collaborate closely with analytics teams to translate performance data into actionable commercial insights and strategic recommendations.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, pricing, actuarial, and finance teams to ensure aligned decision-making and optimized channel execution.
- Lead strategic planning cycles and best practice development to standardize performance excellence across brands and partners.
- 5+ years of experience in aggregator management, performance marketing, commercial partnerships, strategy consulting, or channel-focused roles.
- Strong analytical capability with experience interpreting performance data, funnel metrics, and optimization drivers in multi-partner environments.
- Proven experience managing commercial negotiations and delivering scalable operational and financial outcomes.
- Strong understanding of aggregator ecosystems, including ranking algorithms, CPA models, and marketplace dynamics.
- Experience working with dashboards, data teams, and performance reporting tools to guide decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across internal and external partners.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance growth objectives with profitability and operational constraints.
