  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in multi-core systems, operating system design, concurrency, and hardware acceleration.
  • Strong understanding of safety-critical and security-focused software development in compliance with standards such as ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE.
  • Proven ability to lead technical architecture discussions and communicate complex systems clearly across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, global, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and ability to drive decisions at system level.
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $224,000 to $431,250 depending on level, experience, and location
  • Equity participation in a high-growth technology organization
  • Comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage and retirement support
  • Flexible work environment with global collaboration across time zones
  • Opportunity to work on industry-defining autonomous and AI-driven systems
