This opportunity is designed for an emerging creative who is eager to grow within a global, fast-paced brand environment while gaining hands-on experience in professional design execution. You will support a high-performing Brand Team in producing visual assets across digital, social, print, and internal communication channels. The role offers exposure to real-world design workflows, where your work will directly contribute to how a global brand is visually represented. You will collaborate closely with senior designers and art directors, receiving structured feedback and mentorship to refine your craft. - Support senior designers and art directors in creating high-quality visual assets for digital, social, print, and internal communication channels.
- Ensure brand consistency by applying established visual guidelines across all design outputs.
- Iterate on creative work based on feedback, refining designs from concept through final execution.
- Assist with production tasks such as resizing assets, preparing files, and organizing creative libraries.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings, contributing ideas and fresh creative perspectives.
- Support the development of presentation decks, event materials, and marketing assets.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across typography, layout, and visual consistency.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundational understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and visual consistency.
- Ability to take feedback constructively and apply it to improve design output.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio demonstrating design thinking, creativity, and execution skills.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a collaborative creative environment.
- Competitive hourly compensation ranging from approximately $27–$28/hour depending on location.
