Purpose:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for owning the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of key products within Comtech’s portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and multi-year strategy.
- Conduct market analysis.
- Develop a data-driven roadmap.
- Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Translate product strategy into requirements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, UX, and Program Management.
- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life.
- Customer & Market Engagement
- Lead customer discovery.
- Represent the voice of the customer.
- Validate product concepts.
- Go-To-Market & Revenue Ownership
- Go-To-Market & Revenue Ownership
- Partner with Sales and Marketing.
- Support revenue growth.
- Build business cases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work with engineering and operational stakeholders to align vision with plan.
- Foster collaboration across teams.
- Mentor junior PMs.
Requirements:
- Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Telecom, 9-1-1 systems, cloud platforms, network infrastructure.
- Understanding of modern software architecture.
- 2 + years of 911 / NG911 experience
- Experience launching SaaS product(s)
- Product Management Expertise
- 3-5+ years PM experience.
- Demonstrated success defining strategy and managing road maps.
- Business & Analytical Skills
- Ability to create business cases and pricing models.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Leadership & Communication
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills.
Education:
- MBA or advanced technical degree.

The pay range reflects the expected base salary for this position. Final compensation will be based on role, level, skills, experience, and geographic location.
