This role is not just about writing code—you will be playing a crucial role in developing cutting-edge next-generation contact centers leveraging Artificial Intelligence as part of the solution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automation scripts (such as cloud formation) to optimize operational processes, serverless functions, and cloud integrations.
  • Analyze business processes and translate them into Amazon Connect standalone and AWS-integrated Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage AWS and Salesforce integrated projects.
  • Stay updated with AWS and Salesforce releases, leveraging new features to improve cloud and CRM functionality.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS development, cloud architecture, and automation in the Federal space
  • Expertise in AWS services, including some of the following: Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudTrail, IAM, Amazon Q, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.
  • Deep knowledge of serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
  • Experience building AI-driven chatbots with Amazon Lex and designing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.
  • Understanding of call flows, IVR trees, email/chat channel design, and contact center operations.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Node.js, or similar).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as project work requires.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least one AWS Associate Level Certification
    • AWS Certified Developer - Associate
    • AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate
  • Salesforce Certifications (a plus):
    • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
    • Salesforce Consultant Certifications in Cloud areas of expertise
  • Experience with APEX development and Salesforce platform customization.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud object model, omni-channel, and Service Cloud Voice.
  • Strong language skills - fluency in English, both written and verbal.

Must be a U.S. Citizen (required).
  • Willingness to attain a U.S. Security Clearance (e.g., Public Trust, Secret) as required by specific projects. Current clearance is not required to apply.
