In parallel, you will contribute to broader communication efforts by engaging with media and institutional stakeholders to expand campaign reach and credibility. This is a highly creative and fast-moving role at the intersection of social media, storytelling, and public discourse. Working in a mission-driven environment, your work will directly contribute to increasing awareness and participation in civic initiatives nationwide.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, with a strong focus on viral, engagement-driven content.
  • Produce high-quality UGC-style videos designed to maximize reach, visibility, and audience interaction.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, journalists, and digital creators to amplify campaign messaging.
  • Identify trending topics, news cycles, and cultural moments to strategically position campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Support media outreach and institutional engagement to broaden visibility across political and public spheres.
  • Pitch stories and campaign narratives to media outlets, contributing to national-level coverage opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content, messaging, and campaign objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media, digital communications, or content production, ideally within a media outlet, political campaign, or digital-first organization.
  • Proven track record of creating or contributing to high-performing social content with strong engagement or viral reach.
  • Strong experience in influencer outreach, including pitching, negotiating, and managing collaborations.
  • Excellent understanding of French social, cultural, and political trends and ability to translate them into relevant content.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling hooks and narratives for digital audiences.
  • Experience engaging with journalists or securing media coverage is highly desirable.
  • Native-level French (C1) and professional English (B2) required.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support content creation and productivity.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks (€45,000 base)
  • Fully remote role based in France, with preference for Paris but flexibility across the country
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, socially driven campaigns at national scale
  • Exposure to leading practices in digital storytelling, civic engagement, and influencer marketing
  • Collaborative, mission-driven international team environment
  • Professional growth in a fast-evolving digital communications space
  • Benefits and perks adapted to location
