Job Description
Position Summary:
The Onsite Support Representative works closely with their manager and hospital staff to support and deliver television services to patients. This role includes assisting with service setup, collecting fees, providing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment.
This position is based onsite in a hospital setting and requires schedule flexibility, including weekends, along with frequent movement throughout the facility.

- Maintain accurate sales, deposit, and service records
- Follow up with patients for service renewals and provide usage guidance
- Respond to questions, concerns, and service-related requests in a timely manner\
- Support equipment resets or minor adjustments when needed
- Attend training and follow company processes and standards
- Support the team with additional tasks as needed
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience in retail, customer service, or cash handling preferred
- Comfortable handling payments and maintaining accurate records
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Able to manage multiple tasks and stay organized throughout the day
- Comfortable working in a hospital environment and supporting patients directly
- Able to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or sensitive situations
