This role is responsible for writing, structuring, and delivering game code that performs reliably in regulated, high-volume gaming environments. You will support the translation of approved game designs into working, certification-ready titles within our slot platform architecture under the guidance of senior engineers. This is a development-focused engineering role supporting the delivery of production software for slot products. The expectation is strong learning agility, attention to detail, and disciplined execution within an established technical framework.

• Support optimization of software performance within gaming hardware constraints
• Debug and resolve defects with support from senior engineers throughout development and test cycles
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to strengthen development skills
• Collaborate closely with Art, Audio, Mathematics, QA, and Technical Compliance
• Communicate progress and escalate technical issues to senior engineers or technical leads
• Ensure all deliverables align with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements before submission

What You Bring
• 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience

• Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment
• Demonstrated experience contributing to shipped commercial software products
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Experience working within structured development processes and version control systems
• Strong debugging and systems-level problem-solving ability
• Ability to follow technical documentation and deliver against defined requirements with guidance
• Self-starter, self-sufficient, and self-reliant to accomplish required tasks
• Accountable to deliver quality products consistently and on time
• Must have “will get it done” work ethic. Never “why we can’t”, always “how can we”

Nice to Have
• Development experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Exposure to embedded systems or hardware-constrained platforms
• Experience within gaming, interactive entertainment, or real-time systems
• Linux experience
