This role is focused on driving national growth across high-visibility on-premise channels where consumers directly experience the product in real-world environments such as hospitality, fitness, wellness, and foodservice settings. You will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that bring the brand to life through experiential activations, sampling programs, and in-location integrations. Acting as both a business developer and account manager, you will shape how the product is introduced and scaled across key national accounts. The position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and field teams to ensure flawless execution. You will operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where ownership, resilience, and execution excellence are essential. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth and brand presence across the United States.
In this role, you will lead the expansion and management of on-premise accounts while driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth:
- Own and grow a portfolio of national and regional on-premise accounts across hospitality, fitness, wellness, and foodservice channels.
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and close new strategic partnerships aligned with brand positioning and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute customized on-premise programs including sampling initiatives, co-branded activations, and menu integrations.
- Drive revenue, distribution, and performance targets across assigned accounts.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and retail teams to ensure seamless execution of programs in the field.
- Monitor account performance, track results, and provide reporting and insights to optimize growth.
- Support in-location execution, including staff education, merchandising, and brand visibility initiatives.
This role requires a strong background in account management and business development, ideally within consumer-facing or experiential industries:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Experience in CPG, beverage, wellness, hospitality, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing national or multi-location accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Experience in deal negotiation, partnership development, and commercial execution.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and coordinate complex programs across teams.
- Strong communication, organizational, and execution skills in fast-paced environments.
