Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to a department or team. This individual will perform a variety of tasks, including answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments and meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing reports and correspondence. Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Office Procedures & Protocols: Proficient in following standard office procedures, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality as necessary.
- Customer Service & Problem-Solving: Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, clients, and visitors, demonstrating excellent customer service etiquette. Ability to identify and resolve routine administrative issues independently, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability.
- Public Relations Support: Support QRSE’s market presence and client relationships through project pursuit proposals, consistent digital engagement, and strategic event coordination, ensuring all brand activities align with QRSE’s values and objectives.

Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent; 0-5 years of related experience in an administrative support role.
Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no direct reports.
Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. The work environment may include exposure to construction sites and various weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to manipulate computer input devices, and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a part-time position with the possibility of turning fulltime. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel: This position may require driving and running errands as part of the job duties.
