Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

- Manage and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines

- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders

- Prepare and present regular project status reports

- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Manage procurement of materials and equipment

- Ensure project documentation is complete and accurate

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in Construction

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and contracts

- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred

- Relevant certifications such as PMP, OSHA, or equivalent are a plus
