What Would You Be Doing?

Our Material Handlers/Shipping and Receiving Operators are responsible for shipping, receiving and moving parts for production jobs to storage bays and other designated locations in the plant. They are essential to keeping product flow moving.

Essential Functions:

• Transport parts and materials to designated locations within the plant.
• Operate forklifts and other lifting equipment safely.
• Receive, store, and distribute incoming shipments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Load and unload trucks, including LTL and flatbeds.
• Band and secure materials for shipment.
• Be able to use an ERP system

• High level of attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Efficient time management skills
• Ability to operate large forklifts/other similar equipment
