If you’re someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and helping customers find the right solution (not just making a sale), this is your opportunity to join a high-performing, supportive sales team. This isn’t a desk job — it’s a dynamic role where you’ll be out in the field, connecting with customers across agriculture, construction, and property sectors, and becoming a trusted advisor they rely on.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of customers while actively expanding your reach in the market. Your days will include:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying new opportunities and growing your territory
  • Matching customers with the right equipment and service solutions
  • Leading engaging product demos and presentations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and support
  • Staying ahead of the curve on products, trends, and customer needs
  • Representing Robert’s Equipment at trade shows, site visits, and community events
What Makes You a Great Fit

You’re someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to sell value (not just price), and is motivated to succeed.

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in equipment or a related industry
  • Strong understanding of agriculture, construction, or similar sectors
  • Confident communicator who can simplify technical products for customers
  • Self-driven, organized, and goal-oriented
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and managing your pipeline
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
