Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing projects to meet budget, schedule, progress tracking, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Liaise with Accounting to verify that the certificate of insurance has been processed before stepping onto project (AHV and Subcontractors).
- Assist with procuring materials, equipment and subcontractors. Issue change orders for any work requested outside of scope. Identify cost-effective measures when projects are over budget.
- Provide all end-of-project closeout documents (e.g., As-Builts, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Testing and Balancing Reports, Warranty Letters, Startup Sheets, Commissioning Reports, etc.).
- Prepare and assist with billing documentation, including schedules of values and monthly billings
- Maintain and organize project files, ensuring proper documentation and archiving
- Coordinate with Field Foremen and internal departments (Service, Shipping, Accounting)
- Assist with scheduling and attending job site meetings, walkthroughs, and inspections
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to support project execution
- Participate in project turnover meetings and internal coordination meetings
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, coordinating with Safety personnel when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, finance or business from an accredited college or university a plus.
- 5 plus years of experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC and piping.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-Motivated, with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Strong level of attention to detail.
- Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate information and ideas both verbally and written so others understand your vision.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
- Work and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, including executives.
- Fluent with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Base Salary range: $75,000 - $90,000
- Bonus and Profit Sharing up to 30% of base salary
