Residential Services Specialist in Ramsey, Minnesota at Connexus Energy

Connexus Energy is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Residential Services Specialist to serve as a key connection point between our members, builders, contractors, and internal teams throughout the residential service installation process. In this role, you’ll help guide residential projects from application through construction readiness, ensuring timelines stay on track while delivering an outstanding member experience.

Compensation

Anticipated hiring pay is $26.02 - $34.15. The final compensation offered is based on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience and skill level. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 5% based on company performance.

In this position, you will:

Process residential service applications, permits, work orders, billing, and payments accurately and in a timely manner Serve as the primary liaison for residential members, builders, electricians, and contractors throughout the service installation process Coordinate project readiness activities, including scheduling support, utility locates, staking documentation, and communication with field teams Provide timely updates and resolve questions related to new services, rebuilds, demolitions, service changes, and construction timelines Monitor and track active work orders to support efficient workflow and timely project completion Collaborate across departments to support process improvements, system enhancements, and an overall positive member experience

Need to have:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of two years of customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills

Nice to have:

Associate degree Experience related to construction and/or in electric utility industry
