Accountabilities:
  • Redefine and elevate customer-facing communications across CRM, email, SMS, and in-app channels, shifting messaging from transactional to emotionally engaging and relationship-driven.
  • Develop and own the brand voice and tone across lifecycle and organic marketing surfaces, ensuring consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance.
  • Partner closely with product, design, growth, and customer insights teams to translate user pain points and behavioral data into compelling messaging strategies.
  • Design and optimize lifecycle campaigns that improve engagement, retention, trust, and long-term customer value.
  • Craft copy and messaging frameworks for product launches, feature updates, and customer education initiatives.
  • Expand scope into organic growth channels such as social media and community platforms, shaping brand presence and narrative externally.
  • Champion storytelling and creative excellence in a highly analytical, performance-focused environment.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in creative marketing, lifecycle marketing, or copywriting-focused growth roles.
  • Strong expertise in crafting high-impact copy across CRM, email, SMS, push notifications, and digital marketing channels.
  • Proven ability to translate complex or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging, and human-centered messaging.
  • Experience working with consumer-facing digital products or high-growth tech companies.
  • Strong understanding of organic growth channels, audience engagement, and community dynamics (including platforms like Reddit or similar ecosystems).
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong writing craft, storytelling ability, and campaign impact.
  • Ability to operate independently in a senior IC role within fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including data-heavy teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
