This is a senior client-facing advisory role focused on driving new business growth across the Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy sectors through strategic Salesforce transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, helping them reimagine customer engagement, data-driven operations, and digital experiences using the full Salesforce ecosystem. The role blends consultative selling, solution architecture thinking, and executive stakeholder engagement to shape large-scale transformation deals. You will work within a high-performing Salesforce consulting practice that emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and measurable business outcomes. Acting as a key growth leader, you will identify opportunities, shape solutions, and guide complex enterprise deals from early discovery through closure. - Drive strategic new business growth across Manufacturing, Automotive, and Energy industries by positioning Salesforce multi-cloud and industry solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Automotive Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce.
- Lead end-to-end consultative sales cycles, including opportunity discovery, solution shaping, executive presentations, proposal development, and statement of work negotiations with senior stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, translating business challenges into scalable Salesforce-based transformation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce account executives and ecosystem partners to originate and close new logo opportunities.
- Design and deliver compelling solution narratives, demos, and value-based presentations aligned to client transformation goals.
- Partner cross-functionally with advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.
- Build long-term executive relationships within target industries to support sustained account growth and strategic influence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to position the organization as a thought leader in Salesforce transformation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of sales methodologies, solution frameworks, and industry offerings.
This role requires strong enterprise sales leadership experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, combined with deep consultative selling expertise and industry knowledge in Manufacturing, Automotive, or Energy. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Strong communication and executive presence are essential, along with the ability to translate technology capabilities into business value.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, solution consulting, or account executive roles within Salesforce or consulting services environments
- 3+ years of experience working with Manufacturing, Automotive, or Energy industry clients
- Proven success managing complex, multi-phase enterprise sales cycles
- Strong expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including core clouds and industry-specific solutions
- Deep understanding of enterprise business processes within Manufacturing, Automotive, or Energy sectors
- Exceptional consultative selling, solution design, and value-based positioning skills
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional and partner-driven ecosystems
- Ability to influence senior decision-makers and drive consensus across large organizations
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Salesforce certifications across multiple clouds strongly preferred
