Automated Dairy is looking for a dependable, hardworking Product Fabrication & Assembly Technician to join our growing team. This position is a hands-on role that offers a mix of shop work and field work, giving you the opportunity to build products, assemble systems, and help install equipment at customer locations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being part of a team. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, shows up ready to work, and wants to build a long-term career.
What You’ll Do· Assist in the fabrication and assembly of dairy equipment and automation products
· Work alongside experienced team members to build and prepare systems for installation
· Spend time in the shop assembling, wiring, fabricating, and testing products
· Travel to customer sites to assist with equipment installation, setup, and service work
· Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
· Follow assembly drawings, instructions, and production standards
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Work as part of a team to complete projects on time and at a high standard

Requirements: What We’re Looking For· Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ability to work well with a team and communicate effectively
· Comfortable working with tools and hands-on tasks
· Mechanical aptitude is a plus
· Basic welding or fabrication experience is helpful but not required
· Willingness to work both in the shop and in the field as needed
Ability to lift and move materials/equipment safely
