Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Improvement Advisor to serve as a subject matter expert within our Health System Improvement (HSI) division, supporting health care providers, systems, and communities to improve care delivery and outcomes.

Key Requirements

• BA/BS in healthcare, public health, or related field
• Master’s degree (MA/MS) preferred
• 5+ years of healthcare experience, including quality improvement
• 3+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading or supporting multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong knowledge of patient safety, population health, or practice transformation

Key Responsibilities

Consultation and Delivery of Technical Assistance
• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners/stakeholders to improve health care delivery systems, processes, and outcomes
• Provide coaching on data collection, interpretation, and utilization to drive performance improvement

Training and Subject Matter Expertise
• Continually develop advanced subject matter expertise in areas such as practice management, patient safety, and population health
• Lead or contribute to the design and implementation of training and quality improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement and Convening
• Conduct recruitment for quality improvement initiatives, including outreach to providers and organizations
• Develop and manage recruitment plans using data to target efforts
• Convene interdisciplinary stakeholders to build consensus and shared goals
