IT Intern (Data Analytics) at River Run Services LLC – Newburyport, Massachusetts

River Run is a shared services organization that supports banking affiliates, Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank and Rollstone Bank & Trust.

As an Information Technology (IT) Intern, you will work closely with the VP, Head of Data and Data Analytics, and other members of the IT team.

Internship Duration: June 1 – End of August approximately.

Location: On-site – 63 State Street, Newburyport, MA

Employment Type: Full-time Internship (40 hours per week) – Flexibility can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

You will learn how to:

1. Assist with implementation of a managed file transfer platform

2. Help organize H360 report inventory for all three banks

3. Assist with Copilot configuration and documentation/training materials to support enterprise wide roll out

Education and Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in management of information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics/Engineering, or related field.
• Intermediate knowledge of Windows based tools and operating systems
• Familiarity with scripting and software tools such as PowerShell & Python
• General knowledge of database access and reporting tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
