As Marketing Manager, Supplemental Insurance Solutions, you will own demand generation strategy and execution across multiple channels, ensuring marketing investment translates directly into qualified leads and sales performance.
You’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, direct mail, seminars, and partner programs while owning how campaigns come to life--from messaging and creative direction to lead flow and conversion. This role requires a strong operator--someone who can manage budgets, analyze performance data, optimize conversion, and continuously improve how leads are generated, routed, and converted.

What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Executing marketing strategies and go-to-market plans to support the launch and growth of supplemental insurance products across multiple sales channels.
- Managing lead generation campaigns across digital, direct mail, seminars/events, and partner programs to drive qualified prospect acquisition.
- Overseeing lead management processes including intake, qualification, routing, and optimization to ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales teams.
- Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance using metrics such as cost-per-lead, cost-per-sale, acquisition cost, and return on marketing investment.
- Analyzing performance data--including conversion rates, RSVP/show rates, and revenue attribution—to inform campaign optimization and budget allocation decisions.
- Directing the development of marketing creative by providing clear guidance and feedback on messaging and materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards, regulatory requirements, and campaign objectives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strongly preferred: Experience in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries and familiarity with seminar-based or call center-driven sales models.
- Five or more years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Experience managing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and lead generation programs.
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution models, and performance measurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for analysis and reporting.
- Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
