• Perform proper teardown and identify damage upfront
• Write accurate, defensible estimates

• Ensure quality before delivery

• 1–2+ years of collision estimating experience
• Strong understanding of repair procedures and materials
• Experience with estimating software
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Valid driver’s license
