We are currently looking for a Workplace & Safety Coordinator who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Office Manager, your focus will be on maintaining high standards in facilities, safety and overall workplace experience. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for creating safe, comfortable and engaging workplace spaces with your capacity for creative problem-solving and process improvement. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.
What you will do- Oversee all facilities and office management, ensuring the workspace is respected, wellorganized, and welcoming for employees and guests.
- Bring fresh ideas to enhance office dynamics while managing service providers and facilityrelated operations.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth daily functioning of the office environment.
- Lead all health & safety activities, including training, accident/incident investigations, hazard assessments, and emergency planning.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations through collaboration with authorities and professional associations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage facilities, maintain structure, and keep the office environment running smoothly.
- A proactive, solutionsdriven mindset able to identify issues quickly and resolve them efficiently.
- Demonstrable experience in office management, facilities or health & safety.
- Experience in health & safety topics, including training, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with employees, service providers, authorities, and external partners.
- Creativity and initiative to contribute new ideas that improve office culture, comfort, and overall workplace experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, for both face-to-face and email interactions.
